Erika Rodkey
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
I have been a social worker for more than 15 years, but my passion for helping others began in elementary school and has continued to grow for decades. I have experience in both school social work and private practice doing individual and group therapy with children, adolescents, and young adults.
How I Work with Children and Families
As a parent to young children myself, I understand the challenges that families are facing in the world today. I work collaboratively with parents to ensure that we are meeting the needs of each client together. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques in my practice, including cognitive and behavioral therapy and play therapy, all framed within the strengths perspective.
