Deborah Pauletta
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
I have been a member of the practice since 2018 and bring more than two decades of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families in the public school system. Throughout my career, I have helped young people navigate emotional, social, academic, and developmental challenges. As both a counselor and a parent, I understand the challenges families face and the courage it takes to seek support.
How I Work with Children and Families
My approach is strengths-based and tailored to each client's unique needs and developmental stage. I work closely with parents and caregivers to support progress while helping young people develop confidence, coping skills, emotional awareness, and independence. As a neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients can better understand themselves and create meaningful change.
