Danielle Tobin
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
My passion for working with young children through adolescents has been cultivated across a variety of work settings over the past ten years. I have experience working with children facing challenges such as anxiety, emotional regulation, family transitions, and behavioral management. As a parent and caregiver to a child, I believe all can be inspired through therapy to move forward to face challenges with a new perspective.
How I Work with Children and Families
I believe in the importance of early intervention and providing my clients and families with the tools and support they need to navigate complex emotions and life experiences. I have worked in a variety of roles in the school setting, which has given me insight and framework to truly understand what a child’s day looks like.
My approach to therapy is child-centered and I use a variety of therapeutic techniques — including play therapy and cognitive-behavioral strategies — to help young children explore and understand their emotions.
Through collaboration with parents and caregivers, I look forward to partnering with you to create a foundation and tools for lifelong success and well-being for your child and family.
